Booking conditions<\/h2>\n

Adults Only<\/strong>: At Hotel & Spa La Central, stays for guests under 18 years old are not permitted.<\/p>\n

Pets Allowed<\/strong>: Travel, enjoy, and relax with your pet. Accommodation with pets is subject to prior request and an additional fee of \u20ac20 per pet per stay. You can make your reservation quickly and easily through our website (available for Economy Double and Superior rooms). Restrictions apply regarding maximum weight, one pet per room, and specific types of pets allowed. Mandatory documentation and equipment required by law must be provided for breeds classified as dangerous.<\/p>\n

Tourist Tax<\/strong>: The tourist tax of \u20ac0.66 per person per night (maximum of 7 nights) is not included in the price.<\/p>\n

Payment Conditions<\/strong>: To confirm your reservation, you must provide a payment card as a guarantee. A charge of 30% of the total amount may be made as a deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid directly at the accommodation by card or cash. Please note that these conditions may vary for bookings made through third parties, special dates, and\/or group reservations.<\/p>\n

Group Reservations (five or more rooms)<\/strong>: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation will be required.<\/p>\n

Reservation Modifications<\/strong>: Changes must be made at least 4 days in advance, and prices will be adjusted according to the rates available at the time of the new dates requested.<\/p>\n

Restaurant:\u00a0The hotel restaurant is open only for dinner service and will be closed on Mondays for staff rest, except on April 14 and June 23, 2025.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policies<\/h2>\n

Cancellation costs depend on the notice period:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Free cancellation if made up to 4 days before the arrival date.<\/li>\n
  • A cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation amount applies if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the arrival date.<\/li>\n
  • A cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation amount applies if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the arrival date and\/or in case of no-show.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If you leave the room before the scheduled departure date, you will be charged for all contracted services up to the stated departure date.<\/p>\n

    Group reservations (five or more rooms):<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Cancellations made up to 16 days before the arrival date will not incur any cost.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit as a penalty.<\/li>\n
